from Cypress Cove Marina, in Venice, are available for
groups of four, five or six. Rates include everything
needed for the trip except food and alcoholic beverages.

Our lodge is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom condo in the Venice marina that will comfortably sleep 6 and can sleep up to 12. It has a large living room and kitchen and a balcony looking into the marina. We keep the boat tied up to the dock at the condo so it makes the experience very nice and convenient.
Lodge rents for $300 per night plus a $100 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Overnight packages are available with everything, including hot prepared meals.
All deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs inside of 1 month of scheduled trip.
- If client does not show up for scheduled charter trip, client will lose the deposit and charter fee.
- If client cancels and reschedules a charter, the deposit will be applied to the future charter trip.
